how can i find imformation on someones 'will and testement' in the state of ky free?

my aunt died in 1995, i am told i was in her will , can i retrieve her will on the internet ?

If they are deceased, you have to know what county they died in. Then go to that county and it should have been put on record in the clerk's office of the Circuit Court for that county. If they have not passed away yet, there is no way you can know unless they give you that information. You do not have to be family to get a copy of the recorded will...it will be public knowledge.
