"any government official who knowingly attempts to circumvent the rights of the people under the constitition, or the democratic process itself shall be barred from government employment for life, and penalized as a criminal under law. Any attempt by any person to circumvent the democratic process through fraud, deception, or any illegal means shall be guilty of treason and penalized to the fullest extent of the law."
This is needed because of the large number of public officials who wipe their bottoms with the constitution, deliberately stepping on the rights of the people.
It is also needed to make election fraud a capitol crime, as it should be. Have you heard of people who go to the inner cities, handing out flyers that they should vote on "election day"...but the day the flyers say to vote is the day AFTER the election?? What could be more unamerican, and what could be more traitorous to the country than to prevent the very foundation of the country: voting!

I would take every single egregios Judicial decree from the activist federal judges (from the Supremes, down), since 1957, and put it in one huge amendment, called the Rectification Amendment.
Then it would go to the states and let the PEOPLE decide NOT THE ACTIVIST JUDGES, what should be law.
If we have to split it up into 100s of amendments, so be it.
Example: Roe v Wade -- how about it America? You willing to decide, state-by-state, on an abortion amendment. Or, any of the other 100s of egregious rulings from the bench over the past 50 years?

The President,Congressmen and senators are elected for one time on an 8 year term. They can never run again, nor can they ever hold and office again. And they could not be lobbyists. During this term they could be recalled if the public had the right of Referendum and Recall.

Any individuals living in the United States that are not legal citizens and have not gone through the legal process of naturalization are inelegible for ANY government services paid for tax-paying citizens. No public schools, no hospital emergency room service, no healthcare, no food stamps, nothing. Those who do not contribute into the tax coffers cannot draw from those same tax coffers.
We wouldn't have to worry about rounding up illegals in that case, they would simply move on to another country that offered them free services without having to pay. Many who are here illegally would see it didn't pay to cross our borders if there was no bottomless pit of welfare dollars to keep them afloat.
It is the same way I got rid of cockroaches in my garage. Once I got rid of the spilled food they were feeding on they left and moved on to someone else's house where there WAS free food.
