There needs to be a court administrator to help this poor baby out.......if not he's in control ! Something stinks here !

Please don't stay up late worrying about this. She is estranged from her family, and has been for awhile. The courts will sort everything out. I sincerely hope Larry Birkhead is the baby's father.

Well she was all over TV this morning telling how she tried to help Anna Nicole. But funny, I saw an interview with her a weeks ago where she blasted her mother for her comments on Larry King and ET about her son. She told of how she wasn't in their lives and so she doesn't know anything. Now suddenly she's there for her. Even the sister showed up on Headline News.
And from what i heard, the court is ordering an immediate test to establish the child's paternity.
Since the case in Texas wasn't settled yet, it could go two ways-the judge could order it moot since one of the parties is no longer alive and stay with the original ruling, or the baby's parent (and I'll wager the grandma will step in for a piece of this pie!) can petition the courts for a ruling and claim it for the baby as part of her inheritance.
I betting the court closes the case and upholds the original ruling that she gets nothing!

Who cares where her mom is? What does it have to do with ANYTHING?
Yes, he's in control of the baby (God forbid a father be in control of what happens to his child!)...Since his name is on the birth certificate, he's legally the father, until the paternity suit is finalized...and potentially for the rest of her life, if the results show he's the biological father! Now there's a new guy throwing himself into the ring as Dannielynn's father...ZsaZsa Gabor's husband, if you can believe it! And Howard's not "shielding himself" in the Bahamas...he's living in the home that they made with each other there.
They had a commitment ceremony, not a marriage, because they didn't want the legal ties, just like many other people do, on a regular basis. Because they wanted to commit to each other, without the legal implications, that's why!!!
What stinks about it besides the fact that Howard K. Stern just lost the woman he loved, and may lose the baby that he believes to be his own and wants to raise?

Anna basically "disowned" her family back here in Texas, mainly due to the cashing in they wanted due to her fame. Anna has not been back here in Mexia for years, and her relationship with her family has been strained, mostly due to her family selling stories about her to the tabloids and various news magazine shows. I live nearby, and the media frenzy has turned this town into a circus. I feel saddened by her loss, but angered by some of these family members who are coming out of the woodwork to get a little airtime. May she rest in peace.

Unfortunately, her mother is a rather un-educated person living in the south...(I am A Southerner by the way...born and bred)...and mother and daughter have not been close in recent years...from what I've heard....
The courts will make sure everything is taken care of, including the baby...
And people, please stop degrading her...she's gone...and it is too wicked to speak ill of the dead...remember, what you sew, you also shall reap....
