How did Anna Nicole Smith really die? Was she murdered or was it a drug overdose or some kind of medical condition. Or some speculate that her death was faked.

Technically, she was reported to have died from aspiration of vomit. In other words, she most likely went unconscious from whatever she was doing, vomited face up, and drowned herself in her own vomit. The autopsy report will indicate what her activities were that caused her to vomit in the first place. My inclination is that it is either prescription or illegal drugs, or a combination of both.

She is all over the news nation wide, from what I have heard is that she collapsed in her Hotel, They are going to do an autopsy to find out the cause of death. My guess is that she died of an overdose and the life style she was living. She was only 39 and had a 4 month old baby. And they are investigating her cause of death and if their was a well to her estate in which she fault for in her late husband, and the father to the 4 month old baby believed to be in the Bahama's.

This is true, Anna Nicole Smith died because of a deadly infection spreading in her body. This infection was created by one of her breast implants.
Drug overdose was ruled out because there was no trace of drugs in her body/blood analysis at the autopsy.

I am really suspicious of Anna Nicole's Death. I think that she may have been murdered, as well as her son. I think someone killed her because they wanted custody of her new infant daughter, and all the millions that to go along with the custody of the little girl. Same thing with her Son.

Its very suspicious - same as when her son died. Plus she has that billion dollar divorce settlement that is tied up in court, plus the paternity tests with her daughter, the class action suit with TrimSpa, and the sleezy lawyer/husband. Too much drama for one person to handle?
Wouldn't be suprised if was a homicide, but will probably come out as an OD.

We dont know how she died yet. The autopsy report will be out at 3pm EST. They are concidering 3 types of death. Natural, Suicide, and homoside. If it is drug related it can take up to a month for them to tell us the report
