Yesterday for lunch. A wrap from Roly Poly.
Turkey breast w/ swiss, spinach and mushrooms on a whole wheat wrap. Grilled with a side of apple ranch dressing.
It was great!

I had a sandwich today for lunch. The bread was rye. The condiment was a nice spicy creole mustard spread evenly. The meat was thinly sliced black peppered turkey. The cheese was two slices of pepper jack. After this was assembled I cooked it like a grill cheese.

two nites ago i heated up a raw egg for 1:30 then put cheese on, toasted some bread..
