In Texas Sam Houston State Univerisity is one of the best places to go. It used to be a school just for teaching, but now it is a full University.

FreeSchoolHelp.com probably has your best answer. It has a "Top College Ranking Link" and it probably has a sub-category for teaching I would think. FreeSchoolHelp.com has information that used to be scattered all over the place, now in just one place, and it's very helpful! Good Luck!
