I have a pair of jeans that still fits around the waist, but not anywhere else. How can I turn it into a skirt? Is there a website to show me how? I was thinking like a little above the knees, but I'm open to suggestions. .

Well cut it how long you want the skirt. Then cut a slit through the middle of the leg where if you wore it it would be the inside. Now sew the too sides together. I think that might work.

cut where the shorts end and could turn into a skirt, leave it like that, all cut off and raggedy, that would look cute just the way it is, if not get needle and thread and sew the bottom to the top it will then be evenly cut off. good luck thats what i do and my fiance loves the skirt on me.

is particularly simple seam deconstruction. Use a single part razor blade or a pair of high quality shears. De-twig the seams. (get rid of each and all the thread bits left). Get some at the instant pins and tack it at the same time to slot, pointy ends lined. as quickly as a good fit and proper or needed development emerges, mark it with chalk, stitch the hot seams. Wash, enable dry.
