It was the Abominable Snow Man from the episode "The Abominable Snow Rabbit"
The plot of this cartoon is that Bugs and Daffy go on vacation in the Himalayas and while there they encounter the Abominable Snowman. The snow man is looking for a pet and Bugs and Daffy are not to excited to potentially become his new pet friend. Throughout the cartoon, Bugs and Daffy try to persuade the Snowman why he should choose one as opposed to the other.

It's "I will hug him and squeeze him and call him George". The abominable snowman that always wanted a bunny rabbit said that to Bugs Bunny (when Bugs convinces the snowman that Daffy Duck is a rabbit).

It was mouse character doing a take off of the book/movie "Of mice and Men". He did have a name which was I believe was Lenny. Much like the movie/book. You need to know of "of mice and Men" to understand the characters of the book and how they are portraited by the cartoon mice.
