My husband tells me sex is like urinating for a man. Just a body function. With no emotions attached. He says he loves me, but for a man sex is just sex. Is this true. No emotional connection?

No....It is MUCH more fun....
However...
In the sense described by your husband...
Men can have much less emotional involvement
attached to the sexual act than do women...
Sex with emotional attachement is much better than
sex without emotional attachment for men as well
as women.

When a man tells you that sex is emotionless, he is either lying, misinformed, or trying to manipulate you into doing or accepting something. All sex, at all times, is performed with some type of emotion, whether it be lust, love, disdain, hate, exhilaration and so on. The next time he says or does anything slightly romantic while humping you, kindly remind him that he is showing emotion and see what his reaction is!

But is can also be a very intimate act of bonding that is very spiritual...
the best description I can think of is
it is like a hug... you can give a hug easily and it not mean anything yet you know at times a hug has been more than just a hug... it was a spiritual bonding...
For many women... they can't just hug... I mean have sex without that connection... men however generally can...

I doubt it. It might be true, but I don't think it applies to all men. Some of them really do love the woman, so... yeah.
