Think about things you'd like to improve about yourself. Do you want to be more organized? Learn a second language? Stop procrasitinating? I personally don't like to tell someone my weakness unless I have a plan to improve it. It doesn't do any good to say in an interview "I'm pretty disorganized" but if you say "I'm working on trying to improve my organization and time management skills" it sounds better.

Sometimes you can just be creative, I would say I was a perfectionist and I like to have my hands in everything, making sure the job is done and done right. The kicker is to say it is a weakness in my current job, where I dispatch work, but it may be a beneficial attribute to the company I am interviewing for. This way you give a weakness, but its not a bad one. Hope that helps you.

You see that's the difference between job hunting and owning a home based business.
They are concentrating on the negative and thus putting you into a position of looking for the negative.
With a home business, we concentrate only on the positive and help you improve where you feel you want to improve to find success.
I'm happy to hear you cannot identify them, because you should be concentrating on positive things, so kudos to you!

To me when they ask you that ridiculous question, they're trying to show that they hold the power over you, when in reality, it is you who keeps their business afloat and they make all of their money on employees efforts so you should be asking them what their weaknesses are before you "choose" to make them rich.

Another common question is about your strength and weaknesses. You should try to be honest without creating a negative impression. More details and information at http://www.precv.com/

Either get honest opinions from friends, co-workers, and previous employers, or declare your weakness to be self-analysis - you have trouble identifying what your weaknesses are.

I strongly recommend the first option - as I recall, I didn't get any jobs using the second option.

Tell them you are addicted to chocolate and than say I am just kidding.
Tell them you would rather talk about your strenght, because you know your weeknesses and you are working on them. The perfectionist thing is lame, because everybody uses it and HR knows that.
