In my opinion, grebo is abbreviation of Green-Boys. It means people who love the nature, care for the nature in act no just in speak.

g.m has it, a Grebo was a motorcyclist, normally with long hair, leather jacket & much decorated denim 'cut off' over the top of the leather in the 1970's with heavy metal music tastes.
It's a shortened term for Greaser

People use it as a derogatory term for a rocker/metaller...
People don't say it so much any more... in the early 90's it was kinda aimed at rockers with long hair, leather or denim jackets, etc etc.
And before people give me a 'thumbs down', I'm a rock chick myself!
