There was in fact 2 cartoons characters that i know of that said this. They were to resemble Lenny from the novel "of mice and men". His brother was named george and was a little slow in the head. This was a reference to Lenny because he adored things that liked him. But he had a tendacy that when he loved them too much. He hugged them hard enough to crush their bones and some organs, killing them. He first did this as seen to a little puppy that he was attached to.

Now, the 2 characters i know was the Abomnible Snow man as some others already said. He appeared in only 2 looney tunes cartoons. One in which involved Marvin the Martian. And one where Bugs gets lost with Daffy tagging along with him. (i forget title names) the 2nd would be a dog (i forget his name) that was in a screwy squirrel cartoon. That one pretty much was Screwy's last cartoon that he appeared him since the dog pretty much crushed him to death (sort of).

Even though Screwy was a character made by MGM. I just mention the dog on account of the Lenny Reference.
