like you would have dialled a normal telephone number - because this what a fax number is. So, dial what you dial to get international line, then the country code (i.e. Germany 49, Greece 30, Belgium 32) and the given number which normaly includes the city code.

The same way you would dial the normal number for overseas
its a really long number has country codes,, city codes, number
its not hard

first dial the country code and then the fax number also i think you press 1 before anything else
