What if a male TV presenter tricked a female contestant to put on a blindfold, and then he sucker punched her hard in the breasts or in the privates? THAT ALREADY HAPPENED!!!
And while the woman was on the floor in excruciating pain, embarrassment and humiliation; he laughed very hard at her, then he said a very fake “I am sorry, I am so sorry” while still laughing!!!
She pretended not to be too upset because she has a contract with the TV channel; and because she doesn’t want any scandal, she just wants to “forget” about it just like any sexual assault victim!
Amazingly the public saw it live on TV and did nothing about it; in fact they thought it was funny!!!
How can this be acceptable? Assault is considered to be a prank?! And on TV?!

Dovie, assault is not allowed by LAW, so it doesn't matter if the TV station covered that on the contract, the LAW overrides what says in the contract. And yes, he was embarresed and humiliated, men just hide their fellings because they are not allowed to feel offended, and people would joke with them harder if they knew he was felling offended.

On jackass is with CONSENT, and because it was the opposite sex its a much much more serious offense. You are just a feminazi. And you think it's funny, just admit it.

Just one example, if a girl touches a girl a.s.s as a prank it's one thing, but if a man touches a girl a.s.s as a prank it's tottally different ad much more serious, DONT YOU THINK?!!!

That's just awful...I can't believe that anyone would find that funny...And I agree with you...there should be no difference in acceptability just because it was the female punching the male....It is wrong period...

That poor guy...that's just wrong. But come on, it's not like the GUYS on "Jackass" and it's clones don't do that to each other ALL the time...why single out the ONE time you've ever seen a girl do it? How is it different? It's still assault right? Or is it only funny when guys do it to guys? But, you're right, if it had been a girl as the victim, it would have been a different story. Frankly, I think ALL of it is childish and dumb.

EDIT--It's "consent" on "Jackass"? Not always, not from what I've seen. There are a lot of "sneak attacks" on Jackass, as well. But fine, if you think it's worse when a girl does it, I can see the logic in that. However, your comment of "feminazi" is uncalled for...you just WANT me to think it's funny so you can demonize women, which is your whole intent in the first place...ADMIT IT!! I said it was childish b.s., and wrong, and that's what I meant. And your name calling shows just how childish YOU are. Don't go projecting your hatred of the opposite sex onto me!

Well, on those so-called "reality" shows all kinds of stupid and embarrassing things happen. The shows cover themselves by stating that in their contracts. He looked uncomfortable sure, but not humiliated or too embarrassed.

HOWEVER - I have to say that if the sexes were reversed, women would be screaming out against it and demanding his head on a platter.

Either way, assault is not funny and examples like this are one of the reasons that I no longer allow ANY television in my home or around my child.

You said the woman was assaulted on national TV. Okay, I watched the video and saw the WOMAN put a blindfold on the MAN and then punch him in the genitals and then laugh about it while he was in agony on the floor. Nothing whatsover funny about it, and if he got up and backhanded her I'd say "go for it".

it truly is not sexual attack, its actual attack and battery. regardless of the indisputable fact that, there are television shows in Japan the position adult adult males stand in the front of massive mallets and randomly get their groins hit with this stuff! Its scary to demonstrate screen, yet people do all of it the time. If she signed a freelance, properly then she's stuck.

That is disgusting. That woman should be ashamed of herself. Her "sorry" was pathetic and sickening. I'd wish he would press charges. That b**ch deserves to have her butt kicked. I see no humor in someone else's pain.
