I have a cracked lens that has been glued but it still lets condensation form on the inside of the lens.

I need to find a way to dry this out so I can get my inspection sticker today, any suggestions will be a big help.

Thanks

I have to ask--Did one of those "big booty bitches" sit on your lens and crack it??--LOL!!

Sorry i had to ask!

I'm not sure which state you live in but if this is the last day for your inspection before penalties, go ahead and get it inspected even with the cracked lens. The two states that I have experience with allow for a temporary extension for minor problems like that but you can't get the extension without trying to pass. I would also recommend that you check the local salvage yard for a replacement lens when you get the chance. Their price will be well below the dealer price to you.

Drill two small holes in the lens near the top and bottom. Get a blow dryer and force the hot air in the bottom hole.
OR, you could get at the inside of the light by taking out the light bulb socket and blow dry it from there using a piece of garden hose attached to the dryer.

Best way to do it is take the lens apart and dry it out. Most lenses can be taken apart to get to the inside of them.

Take it apart and use a hair dryer to dry it.
