it may not be the boiler i would check the actual handle on the shower, they usually come with a regulatory valve behind the handle. if that is turned up then turn up the boiler but you dont want to do that until you check the valve because your heating costs will go up

Ahhh the joys of combis and showers. Theres a dial on the boiler, turn it to max. If it's there already you'll have to turn the tap down so the water heats up more.

Try turning your water on only 3/4 of the way. That should help! It sounds like the water is flowing through the boiler too quickly and doesn't have time to heat up. By reducing the flow, you'll get hotter water!

Had the same problem, I changed the bath taps to thermostat control and it solved the problem.
