Why not?

It's unlikely that it would be "exact." But there is no reason to exclude the notion that there is/was/will be someone that looks an awful like you.

My older brother had a friend that looked just like my younger brother only taller.
I even called this friend by my brothers name and got mad when he didn't respond. Very strange.
But another person couldn't look JUST like you, different DNA.
But similar. People say I look a lot like Kirsty Alley. And I was pregnant when she gained weight so I looked like her then too.
