i think you should just come out and tell him.... try to understand that he may be hurt and pist at you but tell him you made a mistake and you know you have already hurt him.. and you don't want to continue to nor keep living a lie.... tell him that you are sorry and you just want to make everything right. you want to take a paternity test. ummm when he asks you why?? why would you cheat on him... try Not to put Blame on him like: if you would have did this or that i wouldn't have cheated etc.... I think you should take responsibility for your actions and just tell him you made a honest horrible mistake and you know you did and that's why you have to come clean. no matter how bad it hurts. because it is the right thing to do.

Why tell him now??? Do you want to ruin 2 lives? His and the child. If he looks like him, why do you think he is not the father? Leave well enough alone. Or if you are an evil person you can take him to the Maury Povich show and humiliate him like a lot of women do.

Just be honest with him. It's better for everyone in the long run (especially your child) to know the truth. It won't be easy and there may be some hurt and angry feelings, but you already expect that, right? There's no easy way to do this, but once you all know the truth you can start from there to rebuild your relationship.

I really do agree about the paternity testing, to do that. However, my question would then be that if your boyfriend loves him as his own son, do you really want to know, and risk losing a boyfriend, as well as your son's male role model??

"might" is not good enough to rock the boat. Get a DNA test kit from the internet and swab your son's mouth and get some saliva from your boyfriend somehow and test them before saying anything.

Why do you want to tell now? If he has no clue-don't ruin things for your son-if he is suspicious don't worry he already knows.
