Why, if he has an 800 score, did he need a cosigner? Are you just trying to up your score? The best way to up your score is to make all your payments on time and not over extend your credit. Good Luck.

The only time you will come into the picture is if your brother defaults on the loan, at which time, you are responsible for the remainder of the balance owed.

no but if you want to get it higher try buying a car or an appliance on credit make sure the place you finance it with reports it to the credit bureau this helps.
