Is 33.5 inches long for pants? Im 5'7 and usually wear short-regular..what is 33.5 inches under? thanks

If you are 5'7", then you are considered "average" in pant length. The inseam (which the 33.5 measurement means) for the average pant length is usually anywhere between 28 and 31 inches.

The inseam measurement that you said in your question is for a "tall" length, which falls under the 32 - 34 inch range and for heights above 5'7".

33.5 is from about regular - long because you always want a little extra in length for when you sit down so that when you do sit down its not short.

I'm 5'4 and find 30" in-seam is often about right, sometimes a wee bit too long.

im 5'8'' and i prefer 33 than the normal 31
