I'd like to know what the public thinks of the christian band called *Switchfoot*. please post long answers and no stupid answers.

unlike jean claude van stupid, I love switchfoot. I went to see them last fall in columbus. The place where the concert was held was small considering where most concerts are held. You could get up close to the band and Jon came out into the crowd several times. I love their music because it has a message. You have to think about what they are saying I guess that is one reason some of these clowns on here don't like them; it forces them to think.

Meh...their music seems dry and bland to me. I know they are passionate about it, but I'm bored every time I hear one of their songs, plus they're all way overplayed. The entire Beautiful Letdown album drives me insane. I'm sure their lyrics are good, but the third poster (SPKk) is absolutely right: Popularity and success has turned them into snobby sellouts. Basically, I consider them a waste of time, as with most Alt Rock bands...

I like them..sorry but that I have. They do have pretty good songs.
