wow! i was online actually looking up the same thing. i am also 5 months pregnant and have this sharp pain on my left side - mid back. it comes all of a sudden for about 2 seconds and then is gone but does this some times like every 6 minutes, seems for no apparent reason. it happens too if i take a deep breath in and alo if i go to lift something above my head. does this sound like the same thing that is happening to you? let me know if you have found anything that wprks to get rid of it.

I had really bad back pain while I was pregnant. I think it was mainly my sciatic nerve, but I could hardly sleep. Just remember, your body is retaining more fluid now and your "insides" are getting slowly moved out of the way to make room for your baby. Because of higher fluid retention, things become more swollen and put pressure on different parts of your body. Women have been known to develop carpal tunnel syndrome while they're pregnant!
I would suggest frequent back rubs from your partner or a friend. I've also tried lavendar oil and thay seems to help the pain (relaxes you more). Good luck.

sure. there is not any determination. Hone the knife each and every time you utilize it (purely make a habit of doing - like turning on the range to cook dinner). in case you hone it with a steel each and every time that is going to stay sharp for 12 to 18 months then have a consultant sharpen it for you. that is going to final an entire life.

it could be Braxton Hicks. Try taking a long warm bath or a heating pad, change positions....if you have that and like "period cramps" more than four times an hour you should call your doctor or go to labor & delivery. Thats what i was told, today by my docotr...
good luck

Could be your back is being pulled out of alignment by the belly weight.
If you are concerned see a doctor
