i really think i can become an actress, but the problem is, i don't know how to become one!!
what do i have to do?

What makes you think you can become an actress? Have you taken acting classes extensively for the last few years? Have you auditioned for, been cast in and performed in live theatrical performances? Do you have an agent? If you answered 'no' to ANY of those questions, you will NOT become a movie actress in hollywood or anywhere else. Sorry to be so brusque, but since you asked I figured you wanted the truth.

The general answer is to become an actress first before you begin to audition. That means taking classes, doing local theatre, etc.
Re casting, if a film is being shot in your town, there may be casting for smaller parts for local people. If they just need extras, they'll probably put postings on the website of your local casting agency. (Hint: register with the casting agency as an extra; it'll get you seen and have the possibility of getting a line or two.)
If you have an agent, they can send you on auditions. Note that if an agency asks for money, they are not legit.
Bottom line, to go to LA auditions, you need to live in LA and have an agent. Not an easy task. Best of luck.

You can buy a copy of Backstage-West. It lists audition information. Take acting classes in L.A.
You also need a Talent Agent to submit you to casting directors, that are casting projects.
