there is a bigger picture here and that's what we need to look at. Did he have it before they got married or did he get while they were married? Did he tell her that he had it?
I would never be or marry a man with AIDS and if he didn't tell me and I got infected I would kill him(literally) .I honestly believe people with AIDS should have a tattoo somewhere visible so that everyone knows to stay away from that person sexually.

His. He decided to bring disease into his home. How would it be her fault if her husband went ouside of his marriage, slept with someone else UNPROTECTED and came home and slept with her? Bad enough he cheated, but he didn't think to protect his wife and himself.
