i want to know whether the Cochin provided for CAT will helpful for MAT too?

i am a student of BA.LLB . i want do MBA after LLB and for that i want to sit for MAT exam .so i want to take cochin for MAT .but usualy the cochins are provided for CAT spacially and for MAT so i want to know whether this cochin will helpful for MAT too. i know CAT is more difficult then MAT so plz help me
