Wow someone doesn't trust their girl
Honestly though she would have to be going pretty far out of her way to do things like that. Just check her Internet use.. Although I don't know if shes a computer genious or not :)
Tools, Internet Options, History (make sure your keeping many days of history)
If you are and you check the history and there isn't that many days saved that means someone wiped the history by clicking clear history.. This raises a black flag because that means someone's hiding something.
If history is wiped you can check the cookies folder or temporary internet files to see what kind of websites have been accessed
Assuming you have windows XP
Go to your hard drive, documents and settings, select a user name, local settings, then you have to go to folder options click on the view tab and under hidden files or folders select show hidden files or folders, then you will see temporary internet files.. just look around in there.
just for any parents reading if you want to see if someones been viewing porn just do what i said previously. Most people are smart enuff to clear the history but not enuff to go into the hidden folder and delete remaining evidence.
I can't really think of anything else.. hope that helps.

If you're meaning spyware or virii then simply go to your local computer software store (aka staples, etc.) and purchase an anti-virus/spyware program (make sure its not norton or mccaffe, these will seriously slow your computer down). If you are meaning hidden files that someone may not want you to find (I.E. child, other user) Simply open "Control Panel" and double click "Folder Options" and select the "view" tab. Under "Hidden files and folders" select "show hidden files and folders" Click apply, ok and you're done.

If you are the owner (administrator) of the PC then go into My Computer and go to folder options and make sure you have the right to look at "hidden files" and then you'll be able to look at anything, anywhere, and everywhere...but then it's up to your savvy to know where to look. If you look under c:\Documents and Settings\ you might find another user lurking around beside your own, but don't necessarily count on it...

Your won't be able to be tracked really uncomplicated on what you're doing except they hack you and hint you that way. they are allowed to carry close once you make the most of their information superhighway, yet they legally won't be able to see what's on your demonstrate. (They comprehend once you make the most of their information superhighway because the technologies says even as someone connects to it) So if there is something worth hiding, you should have good information superhighway protection and not in any respect do it on an open community (that anybody can use)

Try ADAWARE SE from lavasoft.com
Free for personal use.
This searches for many things including Malware, Adaware, and etc. Also, I would definitely run a Virus check to see if it is coming from a certain kind of virus
