I like in Love Actually when the guy who's in love with his best friend's wife knocks on their door and flips those cards that explain his feelings and then she runs out in the snow and gives him one kiss and a look that says how much she appreciates the fact that he loves her and that in a parallel universe they could have maybe been together....so aching. And then the guy feels satisfied that he let got it all off of his chest and can move on..very, very, romantic.

I can't choose just ONE. So here are a few of my favorites:
"Lost in Translation" - when Bill Murray and Scarlet Johannsen are lying in bed together and he gently and so subtly touches her foot. It's subtle, quiet and incredibly sweet.
"Reality Bites" - when Lelaina (Winona) and Troy (Ethan) finally get together, the kissing in the kitchen? That's hot.
"Pump up the Volume" - Christian Slater and Samantha Mathis. Hot.

In Dirty Dancing when they are playing the song she's like the wind and Johnny says that he'll never be sorry and leaves, but comes back at the end and says "nobody puts baby in the corner". Classic!!!

I would have to say "City of Angels" when Nicholas Cage and Meg Ryan get to make love for the first time. It's pretty powerful!

When Allie and Noah yell at each other in the rain in the notebook when they reunite after being apart for so long. Then they make love and they wake up together. Its a great scene.

I like the comedic sex scene in Bruce Almighty.
I also like the make out session between Logan and Jean Grey in X3.
When it comes to the most romantic scene....I like the scene in Pride and Prejudice, when Mr. Darcy interupts Elizabeth with an "I love you".
When it comes to great sex scenes, I like the one in Species. It turned me on.
