I am an factory manager in new company.In general duty
in 8hrs Morning and evening Tea comman for all Industries
in India.This tea facilities are not welfare.It refresh and boost our workers energy.Our company M.D calculating wasting times(10 mts-tea time/total mor/eve-20mts)He did not ready to provide the tea.As a Manager explained maximum(HRD fails production output will be suffer)but,it
vain.workers threatening (stop the works)me.What will do?

Show the MD studies by management experts that if workers are not given breaks of 10-15 minutes, efficiency becomes very low by the afternoon. If he does not listen, it is his problem. Meanwhile search for jobs where your knowledge and skills are more appreciated.

Tea is not necessary. I never use tea. Workers are interested in tea / small breaks. All want to work low / less / to take rest. All want change.Your MD should know some practical aspects.
