U don't need an equipment to locate illegal wealth amassed by the corrupt politicians and officials, u can smell it if u wish, but can u take any action ?
When u can see it clearly and do not have the will to take any action, what is the need to invent an equipment. The day india will to do away with corruption, it will be the beginning of a new era. We will be on the road to become a super power.
But tell me honestly, who would risk to expose the powerful politicians and their illgotten, illegal, corrupt wealth ? Do u have the courage to take correct and appropriate action as per law ?

That Black money every one can see but yet cannot do any thing about it because either they were given a part of it or they are too powerless to even raise their voice never mind raising the hand.
We only need a few good people to wipe out the corruption but those good people are hard to come by.
I think Indian Leaders have sold them selves back into slavery by letting the globalization people into India, only the Banias will be happy for a time being but later they will cry too.

What a strange question. How are those who not Indian supposed to give you " the best answer". Why don't you ask your parents/grandparents/aunts/uncles/ etc... what things you must be proud of. It would help to know if you were talking about being a Native American Indian or Indian from India.

it is said that any machine or equipment is as intelligent or foolish as the man sitting behind it. Thus, though there are any no. of such appliances already existing in our country so that none other needs to be invented, these corrupt people you are referring to, have seen to it that they are manned only by those who will behave in a foolish manner, solely on their instructions, thus nullifying every advantage of a new invention. In the light of this, your other 2 questions have lost their relevance..

If scientists were that good, they would be the ones in power and they would have illegal savings of their own.
There will always be a segment of powerful people who are corrupt.

YES, IT IS POSSIBLE FOR INDIAN SCIENTISTS TO INVENT AN EQUIPMENT AS MANY INDIAN SCIENTISTS ARE WORKING IN PLACES LIKE NASA WHICH IS A GREAT HONOUR TO INDIANS. IN PAST WE HAD GREAT SCIENTISTS LIKE CV.RAMAN,JAGDISH CHANDRA BOSE,MEGHANAND SAHA WHO MADE MANY USEFUL OBSERVATIONS AND EQUIPMENTS . IF THEY CAN DO IT WHY CAN'T THE SCIENTISTS OF TODAY?

I don't know, but if they do invent such a device, send one over here to the USA--maybe we could find the $12 billion our politicians "mislaid" in Iraq.
