depending on how old floppy is, she wants to get laid. this is how female rabbits act, and they usually calm down quite a bit afterwards.

Bunnys do not being picked up and will struggle and bite to avoid it as they are prey animals. Try and leave the cage door open and let her come out when she's ready. Encourage her back into the cage with a treat like a bit of banana. She'll soon learn that going back into the cage = treats!

It's a good idea to only pick up your rabbit when it's really necessary, like when you are taking her to the vet or clipping her nails.
Let her come and go from her cage on her own. If the cage has a wire door, put something on top of it so she doesn't get her leg stuck in between the bars. If you cage is up off the floor, you can make steps with boxes or get those doggie steps from a pet store.
My bunny would get act really mad at me every time I took her out of her cage. Now I let her go in and out on her own and she seems much happier that way.

alot of bunnies dont like being picked up. you can let her come out on her own. but that can take hours..so maybe she doesnt know its bothering you. bunnies need balance in their life. freedom, love and discipline. i would suggest letting her roam around a little more..she might not have gotten enough freedom/space. if youre afraid she'll mess up your house, then take her outside if you can in a secluded area..basically where you can easily catch her when/if she starts to run off.
like i said maybe she doesnt know it is bothering you..so let her know who's boss. this is not mean if you do it right. when she starts to bite you, do basically a hard tap on her nose. if our bunnies are acting up, we would do this and sometimes we even hit (not enough to really hurt them though) their bottoms. remember: this is different than beating. they may think of it as unpleasant but it wont hurt them.
the one bunny i had who is like yours..aggressive. we would discipline her all the time and after a while, she was a better rabbit.
do this discipline in combination with love. discipline her first, love her afterwards. yeah just make sure she feels loved too. sometimes bunnies can feel neglected.
or if youre not comfortable with hitting..although ive never tried it before it might work. bunnies are kinda like cats, they do not like water. so if youd rather, you can spray her with a spray bottle in the face everytime she bites you.
if this doesnt work, she might just need to be bred. after a while they usually calm down. the bunny that is living with me now (who is actually a mom now but thats beside the point) was very tense..sometimes showing an aggressive side calmed down some after a few months. so you can meet her wants and breed her once..im sure you dont want her to have babies though..but you can wait a while and it should pass.
of course you dont have to take my advice..this is just what worked for me. different rabbits, different situations

Rabbits aren't very social animals. They do not enjoy being taken out of their cage. If you open her door and let her come out on her own, then she should let you pick her up, if she doesn't, she might be sick. If animals are sick they want to be left alone.

if he is biting you he probably wants more salt rabbits have to have lots of salt in there body it helps them digest there food! ( and they can lick salt of your skin! I would suggest buying a salt wheel for her or if you have one already maybe they need a new one or a different kind of salt....but do NOT put in the kind of salt you would use it has to be a rabbit wheel!( they do not cost a lot you can get them where ever you buy its food!!!)

Take her to the vet. There may be something wrong that's hurting her and causing her to bite people. I'm sure she still loves you!!
