yes it is possible. there has to be a certain attraction for it to become something more. something tells me that she doesnt have that. keep her as a friend.

it is definately possible. as long as your not in a relationship..or she isnt either. its okay while your single. everyone needs that person around thats an (i hate to say it) ego boost. i have a friend that i get along with great. he is very flirty but he doesnt go beyond that and neither do I . Everyguy i mean i place i a category. Guys i would date, guys i wouldnt at all, guys i may need for help sometime (the tax guy), guys that are friends, gay guys that are friends, etc... its okay. but you have to remember even when you may feel attracted to her that your only friends for a reason. if you started to be more and it didnt' work out would you be able to be the same or would it be weird? would you miss that friendship. dont confuse friendship with dating compatability. you may regret it. you always want your girlfriend to be a friend to you but you may loose a friend if you try to make her a girlfriend. once you guys date other people then the flirtation needs to stop though. its disrespectful to the one you're with.

Well... yes!!

I have a very good female friend who I kept in contact with for over 20 years. She's not a bad-looking woman, but not once did I ever what it would be like if we went out. I don't know about her end, but at least I didn't. We're both married and have children and lives of our own, so yes it is possible!!

Does the other person act as if they may want more? If they do and you want more maybe you should sit them down and talk to them. If they don't or if you don't then let it be. No need to ruin a friendship.
