It still works and isn't stuck such that it strings letters out, but when I hit it typing, it doens't move and i don't know unless i look if I have actually typed anything.

I'd just get a new one, but this a wireless and it was a little pricy.

If you have the patience you can open the keyboard unscrew the bottom half from the top half) & see what's jamming the little coil mechanism under the key.
Not any more complicated than that really.

If the reason for the stickyness is that you were eating
fast food and dropped it, drinking coke and spilled it,
forgot to wash your sticky fingers beforehand, then
I for one don't feel sorry for you!.
If a cheapo keyboard ( even if wireless ) it will
probably have a membrane under the keys which
is easily damaged, so be careful.
Hold it upside-down, and spray a small amount of
something like iso-propyl alcohol ( local drug store )
or equivalent on the base of key while holding a cloth
underneath it. That should release it and keep it free.
Don't put the keyboard right-ways up until dry.
You could also get away with some WD40, washing up
liquid ( a very small quantity! ) and water, or some
oxygenated cleaner.
While you are at it, you could clean round all the
keys with a fine paintbrush to get rid of any other
foreign bodies that may be there.
