Someone told me this was on the news. I heard of two guys that claimed to be the babies father... but someone said they heard on the news it was confirmed, her dead son is the baby bio dad?

I'm not sure if they have confirmed anything yet but this morning on Kiss 108 here in New Hampshire the DJ suggested that this maybe why her son died and so on....

That is the most bogus thing I have ever heard about Nicole. Although she was a outgoing person on the outside she was quite normal on the inside. The media will take all the attention they can get on Anna even by making up the most bizarre stories you will hear. I think she was a grieving mom and could not stand the thought she had lost her son.

I don't believe that this is true. I heard that they were going to do a DNA test on the baby to determine the real father of the child. No one knows for sure or the man that fathered the child would step up and say so. I think that there may have been allot of men in her life, but her son wasn't one of them.

The "winner" of the baby will get control of the billion$ inherited by this baby. I'm surprised there's not a lineup of guys waiting to be tested for a DNA match there! They can test me too if they like. If I happen to match up, I get the baby and the money! If it's her son, then at least the money stays in the family. But for all we know, it could be Dennis Rodman or Hugh Hefner -or even a cop on the vice squad.

I have not seen this rumor in any magazines. Though I too did hear a Radio station morning team mention it.
However, DNA results have not been done on the baby, so there is no way in hell anyone (save God himself) can know for sure beyond a reason of doubt if that baby is Daniels. (I highly doubt it... but then again, it wouldn't surprise me. As nothing from Anna Nicole has surprised me so far.)

I dont think her son is the father of her baby. I didnt like anna nicole, but thats messed up!

Not confirmed- just a rumour.
Larry Birkhead is her ex - he believes it's his kid.
Her lawyer, whom she married in the bahamas,( supposedly) is supposed to be the dad.
Sadly, I know this because I'm working on a biopic about her. I don't think the rumour is true about her son. We've seen no evidence of it whatsoever.

Some how I doubt that. If it were true, then both the mother and father would have been addicted to drugs and chances are the baby would not have been carried to term. Hopefully, now that she is gone, the baby stands a chance at normalcy, with Anna as her mother, that was not gonna happen.

Nope. Not true. The judge refused to order the DNA test on Smith's body today (as requested by her attorneys) and no paternity judgement has been issued as of yet.
