That depends. Is that an average pregnancy? if so, there are 40 weeks and each week has 7 days, so that equals 280 days. But not every pregnancy goes full term. Some are early and some are late.

There are 280 days in a pregnancy. Give or take a few days or even weeks. Every pregnancy is different, and you may only carry for 260 days or you could go for 290 days. It all depends.

280 is the estimated gestation period. However, you could go early, but if it is your first you would most likely go late. Most doctors will not let you get past 42 weeks before they induce, so the max is basically 294 days.
