If this is due to makeup stains, I would recommend the Arbonne Wipe Out makeup remover. It is gentle on the skin, plus is packed with vitamins and minerals that improve your skin's overall health. To use, just apply a bit of the solution to the end of a Q-tip and swab under your eyes or wherever the makeup is. Just beware to not use too much, just a small amount will do the trick. Also, don't use it for your entire face. It's too harsh to use as an all-over makeup remover. It's designed especially for the area around your eyes.

Very simple.
Use a q-tip and some make up remover. I would reccomend using Almay makeup remover. It's very gentle, fairly inexpensive and lasts a while good luck.
