Peking Ducks you can get at Chinese Restaurant like Crystal Jade, for the rest of the seafood you can get at seafood restaurants like Long Beach, No Sign Board, cheers

where ah?
u go wet market buy duck, shark's fin, crayfish, lobster, prawns, scallops, and crabs.
then u buy whisky, XO, and beijng wine (peking).
better still, get a drunk Beijing-man.
then put them all together and blend them together.
or alternatively...
start a duck farm (in Singapore?!) and have a big aqarium...
then rear your sea animals in liquor...
