I have a very close friend who is obssesed with herself ever since the "Populars" started talking to her. I can't even get her to look at me. BUT i dnow that the populars are just using her. Eventually she will find out that they really don't like her. What should i do to dump them before she is hurt and her reputaion is severly tarnshed. by the way her name is briana

This sounds like a lesson that Briana needs to learn on her own. Let her get used and dumped and be available to her as a friend when she comes back. She will learn that being one of the populars isn't always what it is cracked up to be.

I am 22 years old been out of highschool graduated for 5 years! I am telling you the "populars" dont even matter! In the "real" world that doesnt even matter! Your friend needs to understand you dont have to be in a cliche to be happy! Grow some self esteem dont be affraid 90% of all females who act tough are actually chiken inside! YES I MISPELL ON PURPOSE ITS CALLED SHORT HAND!
Anyway the tough girl routine is all about insecureities! Thats all it is! Ask yourself this what makes them popular? They are good looking? Rich? Have nice things? WHO CARES! I personaly hate preps ! People who put there nose up to me can kiss off!

You will not be able to change her. This is something that she will have to learn on her own. Life's lessons are sometimes hard and this is one way that she is going to realize that some people use you and some people are genuine. She will learn this lesson on her own and hopefully be a better person for it. I'm glad that you are able to see their ulterior motives and stay away.

okay here is the point you need to let her get hurt by them. this is not your problem anymore. if she ditched you then they will show her how it feels then she will come crawling back to you. by the way who cares what her name is that does not matter what is up with that?
