okay im gettin 1200$$ back on my tax return so what should i go for 360 or ps 3 ?? plz plz help ..?

PS3 is your best bet!!

You can play your PS2 games on it where as 360 you can't play your regular XBox games on.

The new controller is motion sensitive so if you're playing Madden or Need for Speed, when you move the controller, you're actually moving now!!

They also come with Blue Ray. Blue Ray DVD players Alone cost about a grand and the PS3 is Blue Ray AND a gaming system for $600. That's a deal in itself.

You can also download games right onto the hard drive of the PS3 when you connect to the internet (I think it's about $10 a game but the use is FREE). The hard drive also holds more information than your average computer does (60gig)!!

The PS3 is so advanced that they haven't even been able to make games that can fully utilize everything that the system can do!! Better games are coming out this year - like the new Grand Theft this October, I can't wait!!!

If you have a PSP you'll also be able to connect with it through satelite connections anywhere in the world (available sometime this year) watch movies and play games that you downloaded onto your hard drive of your PS3 and use them on your PSP.

Can 360 do ANY of these things? Nope! And all the first generation ones of there's kept shutting down and burning up - no reports of stuff like that happening with PS3!!! So have fun with your new purchase and think of it this way: you're basically buying a computer, gaming system, and advanced dvd unit for $600 :) That's worth it!! And if you have an HD TV the PS3 is worth it that much more!!!

I just got my 60gig PS3 this week and couldn't be happier. That system is so awesome that playing games and watching blu-ray dvds blow you away. It's awesome. Also, it's really gool being able to connect to the internet (free) by wifi, and get my PSP and PS3 talking to each other. There's only a couple really cool games for it right now, but there are plenty more on the way with sports titles, devil may cry, assassin's creed, grand theft auto 4, metal gear solid 4, final fantasy, ratchet & clank, etc. It's a great system and I couldn't imagine having to play a 360 that doesn't even support hi def dvds, no hdmi, tiny hard drive, not as good graphics and processor, not being 100% backwards compatible, and having to pay to play online. It's like they took the original xbox and upgraded the graphics card and changed the case it's in a little. Weak.

60gig - PS3 is the far superior system, though you won't see any games that blow away the 360 for at least a year, because the system is so advanced that programmers are only using about 20% of it's full potential right now. In the end though, the PS3 will outdo anything out there right now.
Bonus - The PS3's online service will be 100% free.

the ps3 may seem a little slow right now but in 6 months, you are gonna be so happy you got it. i dont like the 360. i mean, the graffics are good and i am sure the online is good, but i dont like halo so who cares. if you can live without halo then there is no reason to get the 360.
