People can see things through body language and how you present yourself. Have you TOUCHED anyone? like, intimately? although subtle, but it might be noticeable. Or the way you talk, do you relate alot to same sex relationships and whatnot?
And so what if people know? it's a good thing, you get to explore your boundaries. Learn who are your true friends, and who aren't. The only thing you have to do is, to be yourself, just lay back, relax and let the secret flow, as they say, some secrets are better set free. and being gay is one of them.
As i posted as another answer, many gay people get married simply because of the society, and when i say marry. i mean the ones that are with the wrong sex, as to your own sexuality of course. And they end up screwing their lives because of marrying the wrong person. come out of the closet.
In the wise words of nelly furtado ( maybe not so much )
I'm like a bird.

You've just told this forum.
Anyway, come out of the closet when you're comfortable. You're the only one who will have to live with the strife. I wish you all the best, though. I don't know what I would do if I were in your shoes. I just wish, for one day, that being straight would be viewed the same way as being gay, and then I would have to come out of the closet and deal with the public humiliation of being straight.
I really extend my heart out to you. Be strong and remember, not all straight ppl think like the mainstream.
Good luck to you.

Dude...they don't unless you tell them.
Now, if you want people to guess that you're gay, without you saying a single word...adjust you package when some hot dude walks by. Now this could be risky, so please have big muscles and quick reflexes.
If you say that people already know and you never said a word...then we have a whole new ball game and I couldn't possibly guess due to the limited amount of information you provided.
I do give private "Can you tell I'm Gay " lessons....FYI.

It is called Gaydar and if you live in a large city it becomes very accurate. The more gays you are around, the easier it is to spot one. For straights to know, you have to exude a feminine aura through looks gestures and actions and/or be a Boy that is much much too pretty and has a girly voice. Then they are only guessing and your reaction confirms or confuses their suspicion.

Well, if you bring only guy friends to parties who act suspicious thats a red flag. If and when you do come out do it right by telling the main talkers in your family or group. That way (your) people won't always have that doubt whether or not your gay and give you weird looks.

The best way is to go to events where you will meet other gay men. Join a gay match site or tell people that you are ....to get them to set you up with a nice boy.

Some people just have this gift of being able to tell. It doesn't matter how you are.
Of course, they could just be guessing and seeing if you're gonna give in and say something.

Unless you make it obvious, or you tell someone, they really won't know. If you want people to know, just tell them, if not, then wait until your comfortable.... I would wait until you were out of high school (if you aren't already) that's the hardest thing of all. Good luck with everything, but if you want someone to know, you will have to tell them :)

I've wondered the same thing about myself. Somehow there are always people that know. That's just another of life's mysteries.
