you are going to be a wonderful mommy....that baby is truly blessed...eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water and juice...stay away from caffiene as it is addictive and not healthy for either of you...keep lots of bran in your diet as sometimes during pregnancy a woman can have trouble with constipation...and don't be afraid to eat what you crave.. there is a reason for it...also, avoid all alcohol and tobacco products as they are not heathy either...exercise carefully and try not to over-indulge in your eating so that you will regain your figure quickly once your baby is born...good luck and God bless.....

O hunny, you are on the right track! Research and finding out what is good and bad for you is the first step to a healthy, happy pregnancy and baby :).
First of all, make your first prenatal appointment. They will help you with proper nutrition and what to stay away from and get you set up with a prenatal vitamin. The vitamin is very important, as it supplies you and your baby with folic acid which is important in preventing spina bifida in your baby.
Secondly, there are some things just off the top of my head that you will want to quit and completely abstain from for the duration of your pregnancy. Smoking, drinking alcohol, doing drugs, and drinking excessive amounts of caffein. Also, soft cheeses, such as brie, blue cheese, and feta are a no-no as they can carry listeria. Changing the litter box if you have a cat is also something that you shouldn't do.
Otherwise, just eat nutritious foods. Drink lots of water and lay off junk and sugar. It isn't good for your baby or you, as it will just put on the extra pounds your body doesn't need.
Also, start thinking about breastfeeding your baby. It is dangerous to give your infant formula, and doing your research now and building a support system is very beneficial to you and the baby. If you have any other questions e-mail me at teagansmummy@yahoo.com
Good luck momma! I'm sure your going to do great growing your little one!

I noticed your nick name is chocolate, this can be harmful to a unborn baby. You need to make an appointment with a baby doctor, it's not to early. PS. Chocolate has lots of caffeine in it, you don't want a caffeine addict at birth it has a lot of effects with it

to tell you the truth the whole time I was prego with my daughter all I ate was chilli cheese fretos, cheetos, sour candy, and mashed potatos. I had meat every once and awhile but pretty much all I ate was junk and I had a very healthy little girl

you just act normal. You are not fragile you are just having a baby. You sound like the type that requires everyone to revolve the world around you just because you are pregnant. Its just a baby not a disease.

Congrats! Things to avoid: alcohol, drugs, caffiene, coldcuts, soft cheese (i.e. feta and brie), most fish, most medications, and cleaning litter boxes.
