In 2005 it was Reggie Bush and LenDale White.

In 2007, they signed the two best running backs in the country in Joe McKnight and Marc Tyler, and last year they sign two five-star tailbacks in Stafon Johnson and Emmanuel Moody.

No b/c of last years recruiting class the year before. By that time Keiland Williams and Charles Scott of LSU will be more dominant.

For a preview of this: Watch K. Williams performance against Notre Dame in the Sugar Bowl as a true freshman

God you people have no knowledge of the past. How about the fact that oklahoma state had Thurman thomas AND barry sanders on the same team. Both were all americans in college and barry sanders had the greatest season for any player in 1988. Look up his stats and see how crazy it was and he played against tougher defenses than say Reggie Bush? Also, barry is in the hall of fame and considered a top three running back of all time. Aslo, thurman thomas will be in the hall and he was a beast and lead the bills to 4 straight superbowls.

Yes and it seems like they are running the dirtiest program in the country. How dumb was McKnight to mention the Bush conversation only later to deny it as well as Pete Carroll. When the truth comes out about Reggie Bush receiving financial assistance and sports agents being allowed to visit USC's football program I hope they bury the Trojans. I have no respect for Pete Carroll and the USC program.

hard to imagine any duo being better than bush and white

but did you know priest holmes played in the same backfield with ricky williams at texas? that was vicious as well

it is hard to predict the future performance of recruits even if they are big time.....plenty of five star guys are total busts, and you have guys that are barely recruited breaking records

so it is hard to say......looks like a bad situation for non-USC fans though........man they know how to rack up the talent out there!

Yes, but it won't matter because USCheat is going to get nailed with NCAA punishments and those blue-chip recruits will never see a bowl game and never have the chance to play for the National Championship.
