I'm wanting to make a web page for my furcadian character.. but i dont want it to be a freewebs or wetpaint because...
Freewebs: Annoying and crappy backrounds...
Wetpaint: People edit your stuff!
So if there is any more great site makers just answer please...

With Wetpaint you can make it so nobody can edit your pages.

MS Publisher from office there are plenty of templates. In fact I just posted a site using it I found it easy to use (if you've used Word)

Why dont you try to design your own web page and then upload it to the free web servers.Dreamweaver can help you in encoding your webpage. you can also hunt for sample webpage designs and then add your content to the premade design. the coding is already done.

Also you dont have to have the stuff the website gives you like backgrounds etc. you can use like html and codes to make it more classy :)
