Lowell is a city trying to get back on it's feet. It is an old mill town that still has a drug problem. Not as bad as Lawrence. If there is anything inperticular you want to know just let m know.

Yes, I am from Mass and work in Lowell....downtown. I live in Billerica and was originally from Arlington.
