A relative is willing to give another relative, who lives halfway across the country, a loan. The lending relative doesn't want to send a check. What is the most economical, yet reliable way for doing this?

The transfer can be done from the lender's bank account to the borrower's bank account. The lender should not be charge but if there is a charge, it should not be more than $10.00. I do not use Western Union when sending this amount of money. I recommend using the bank. Money tranfers can take up to 3 days to receive.
