I personally would be attracted to DVDs, CDs and books. Clothing and shoes are pretty low on what yard sale attendees are looking for.

Before we moved into our house, we had a "Moving Sale". I didn't want to take some of our old junk to the new house, so I decided that to *ensure* that everything sold. So, I made the price of everything "one dollar". Yep, and it worked. I made a killing that weekend. See, people don't like to haggle. Setting it at one price eliminated the need for haggling and made it very easy.
