I have a gyno appointment today. I am just ending my period and still spotting a little bit. Would it be appropriate for me to keep my appt or should I reschedule?

Call your dr. some don't like to do an exam if your even spotting. Some don't care as long as your not having a heavy flow. It really depends on your doc. Call and tell them you are at the end of your period and spotting some and see if they want you to reschedule.

Call and ask the office to find out what the doctor would say.
It depends though. If this is your annual with pap test, they may ask you to reshedule. Or they may still ask you to come in, but not do the pap until a later date.
Ask them.
I always schedule my visits when I am not bleeding at all. My annual visits are usually a few days before my periods. It's easier for them.
