WHy is it when you ask a serious question and SAY exacually what you want them to answer.... They don't do it right.... I mean, if you read my question.... and you dont have the right answer or just a stupid one... DONT answer it.... MY GOD. I wanted to know what to get my BF for v~day and I said *I want to get him something* and I was told "DOnt get him anything" COME ON......

people can be real asses on this yahoo Questions. I give out those "report abuse's" very liberally. If people are anoynomous they feel like they can say anything and everythign they want with out consiqences. just like the old AOL chat rooms where you just say things for shock value. I get those dumb people every time and again that can easily ruine your day and i'm sure i make them think about it when i report them.
To get to your question i told my g/f to get me Jelly Belly (jelly beans). We set spending limits for eachother so one doesn't out do the other. Last year i got her a dinner for two at a fancy restarunt (it's a win win). I was thinking you could even do a hotel for a night (another win win). You can alway feed his hobby too if he like video games get him a gift cirtif to a gameing store or music ect.

Here's a concept:
If you don't want stupid answers don't ask stupid questions.
How can anyone possibly know what to get for your boyfriend? Only you know him, what he likes and doesn't like, what you can afford and can't afford and what is and isn't available. If you don't know, why not ask him or someone close to him? I'm just a broken down old geezer but a CD with my favorite music would always work for me, or you might just give him a poem written by you with your thoughts and feelings in it. The possibilities are endless.
