What is the industry standard for personal and sick days and holidays for office personnel working for a restaurant. We don't work directly in the restaurant but in the office.

In the interest of fairness, a restaurant will usually provide the same nominal benefits, holidays, and other compensations to office management that it does to other bar, back of the house, and front of the house management. Independant restaurants are less likely to provide sick pay, and are more likely to require you to work holidays, even if it is outside of your normal job responsibilities and usual scheudle. Hours could be a standard 40 hour week, but are more likely to be vaired, or second shift and weekend work. There really is no standard.

Work week for an office is 8 to 5, monday through friday. For sick and holidays I think standard is 10 days vacation, 2 weeks essentially and 2 sick days per quarter, if even that many.
