You do not hurt yourself everyday by running you just make yourself stronger and healthier.
Cardiovascular exsercises do not hurt you. Unless you are being ridiculous with it. Running twice a day for 20-30 min wont hurt you it will create a lot of stamina and it will make you healthier. Good luck!

No, it is not. The human body was meant to run only for short distances and not every day. Running every day is quite likely to cause repetitive stress injuries, such as shin splints (which REALLY hurt and take a long time to heal) and knee problems. Walking can be done every day, though, and can be every bit as beneficial as running, without the injury risks!

it is more likely the less you weigh. but heavier weights bouncing on your knees will cause wear in your joints and they could become arthritic. High quality running shoes will absorb a lot of the shock of running, but some will still be transferred to your joints and hurt you long term.
Why not run once or 2x a week and do lower shock exercises like bicycling or swimming or an eliptical machine.

It's possible to hurt yourself staying at home...
Running is very good until you have an accident.

With the right technique and shoes you can. However, depending on your age, check with your doctor before you do. Consequently, over time, running will always have a negative effect on your body because of the impact on your joints and cartilage.

It depends if you have the habit of running into walls. lol, seriously I think it is, it depends upon your form and stretching, etc. I get shin splints constantly but it's because I don't run correctly. I do believe it can be done and know people who just never seem to stop and I think do run everyday.

I`m sure it`s possible and easy, too
Just not everyday for the rest of your life.
It`ll probably hurt your joints when you get older if you continue the running.
