well, there's a lot of places you can get a pre-made prom dress. but if your interested in a personalized prom dress, might i suggest an armature artist. in fact, I like designing prom dresses myself. from the sounds of it, with all your curves it would be best to wear a short, tight hup, flowing waist type of dress. and also, since you have a D bust, you should flaunt them with an around the neck haulter top (i think thats the name). as for the color, i'm not really sure, it depends on your skin tone.

Don't get a dress---get a two piece, top and long skirt. With your figure, you would probably be best off with a corset-type top that zips in the back and a relatively straight skirt.
If you want a full dress, not seperates, look for halter topped dresses.
I had the best luck at Group USA and Jessica McClintock.

except the chest size I'm like a 34b big difference any way try to extenuate your waste and probably get a flowy chiffon dress from under the waste i wouldn't show any cleavage if i was you and the dress would probably look good on you in red or black or purple
